Wedding Policy
Experience the "tasteful elegance" of Elliott's wedding cakes. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare our Swiss buttercream with 100% real butter. All of our cakes consist of 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling providing a visually stunning presentation and a variety of exquisite flavor combinations. The end result is a wedding cake that not only looks beautiful but tastes exceptional too!!!!!
Policies: A $25.00 consultation fee will be assessed to all wedding consultations. An additional $50 deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Both the consultation fee and security deposit will be directly applied to the balance of your wedding cake. Total balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
Cost: $3.50 per slice for Classic filling
$4.00 per slice for Specialty filling
$5.00 per slice for Fondant with Classic filling
$5.50 per slice for Fondant with Specialty filling
Shapes: Round, Square, Heart (others available upon request).
Cake Flavors: White, Chocolate, Marble and Carrot.
Icing Flavors: Swiss Buttercream, and Chocolate Buttercream
Classic Fillings: Bavarian Cream, Cherry, Chocolate Bavarian Cream, Lemon, Raspberry, Strawberry, Chocolate Buttercream, Hazelnut Buttercream, Mocha Buttercream, Raspberry Buttercream, Strawberry Buttercream and Vanilla Buttercream.
Specialty Fillings: Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Fruit & Cream, Lemon Mousse, Milk Chocolate Mocha Mousse, Raspberry Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse, and White Chocolate Baileys Mousse. (Please inquire about additional flavors)
Delivery: A $35.00 fee will be charged for all deliveries within a 30-mile radius. An additional $0.35 per mile (round trip) will be added outside this delivery area.
Flowers: A $30.00 handling fee will be assessed for all fresh flowers on cakes. Additional Decorations and Items: Gum paste flowers, Royal icing decorations, Fondant, Chocolate leaves and ribbons are also available. Individual pricing determined at time of appointment. The following items will be charged a 15% up charge: Square and Heart shaped cakes, Basket weave, Cornelia lace design and other elaborate design work.
Budget Cakes: Full and 1/2 sheet cakes are available to help reduce the cost of your wedding cake. Full sheet cakes serve approx. 100 people and cost $200.00. 1/2 sheet cakes serve approx. 50 people and cost $100.00. All wedding sheet cakes are 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling. You may also choose to set up your own wedding cake and receive and additional 50 cents off per slice. This works out to a $100-$150 savings depending on the total amount of servings in your cake. This option includes a fully decorated cake and delivery/set-up instructions to help guide you through the process.
