Robert Elliott is an executive pastry chef who has been practicing his craft for the past 10 years. His specialties include wedding cakes, custom cakes and miniature pastries.
Shortly after graduating from Hope College in Holland, Michigan Robert and his business partner began Pedi's Pastries, a specialty bakery. Pedi's had 2 locations and was responsible for providing high end wedding cakes and custom cakes to the Holland and Saugatuck area. Those of you from this area are probably already familiar with Robert's quality and style.
He and his partner worked together for 6 years until a job opportunity in Chicago required Robert to move. Robert worked the next 2 years as an Executive Pastry Chef at a large wholesale bakery in Chicago. His responsibilities included: the development of a retail pastry line, management of the pastry department and, the opening of a retail store front. Completion of his tasks in Chicago leads him back home to the St. Joseph community.
Here he now resides and operates Elliott's a small special order bakery specializing in wedding cakes, custom cakes and miniature pastries.
